Hi, there!

Today, Let’s find out how to say “I love you.” in Korean.

Let me talk about the expression, “I love you” in Korean culture before starting.
A long time ago, my parent’s generation or grandparent’s generation barely told someone they love “I love you.” because it felt shy to say but young guys, this generation say it often, I guess. I think it’s much better than before. Love is a wonderful thing. Isn’t it?

Then, Let’s get into it.

: saranghapnida

A typical and polite expression to use when you want to say “I love you.” to someone.

: saranghaeyo

This is a casual expression of ‘사랑합니다.’ and a polite expression as well.
This sounds more friendly than ‘사랑합니다.’

: saranghae

When the one is a close person with you like friends or children, You can just say ‘

I hope this post is helpful for you.

오늘은 한국어로 “I love you.”

I love you.”
