Travel to Phuket in Thailand – the island of James Bond
Travel to Phuket in Thailand
the island of James Bond
I visited Phuket and Krabi in 2015.
It was my first trip to Thailand. I was in a good mood in general there but when I tried to take a local bike taxi called ‘Tuk Tuk’ in Patong, Phuket. They tried to get the taxi fare for 8 dollars, Even though it takes 1 minute or 5 minutes. It was a very strange situation for me. Anyway, every single trip is good for me.
a small road in front of Beyond resort Karon located in Karon beach. It was a quiet place and not so crowded so I loved it.
Beyond resort Karon where I stayed for 3 nights. My room was on the ground floor so it was convenient to access the pool only a few steps.
Karon Beach on a cloudy day.
Karon Beach on a clear day
In a daytime, It’s so hot here, so the dog dug sand and went into the cool sand. That would be how they live in hot weather. Isn’t it interesting?
I prefer walking on a local road. I don’t know why but I think I like browsing shops, local people, the atmosphere or something.
I went to Patong very close to Karon after spending 4 days in Karon.
When it comes to Patong, It was a very crowded and entertaining place so there were so many foreigners from different countries to enjoy. I don’t much prefer entertainment places so Karon was better for me than Patong.
This is a Thai traditional boxing stadium. It’s said that the fight is real but I didn’t get there because I dislike fighting between a person like boxing or mixed martial arts.
This is Bangla walking street well known as an entertainment district in Patong. I haven’t seen this many bars before!
I got to a beach bar as I got out of Bangla street. I watched fire performances with Thai beer.
I took a one-day trip to phi-phi island also known as the island of James Bond in the 007 films. I highly recommend visiting here. There are many attractions like snorkeling, hoping tours, sunbathing on the beach, and emerald seawater. It takes 1 hour by speed boat from Phuket pier.
You must memorize the boat that you took and return on time the tour conductor gives you notice. otherwise, you will stay here forever.
